Bolderwood renovation

This 13 year old home was in need of a fresh start for a new vibrant family. The existing space was initially riddled with 45 degree angles, that didn’t allow for a functional use of space. By removing the angles, we gained a butler pantry, powder bath, mud room, & added a beautiful laundry room by utilizing unused storage space in the garage! A wonderful before & after for a family, that will use every square inch!
